Returns Policy

Thank you for ordering from Fashionmonsters.com. We know that you will love what you ordered. However, if something doesn't work out simply ship the items within 30 days of receipt back to us.

For Exchanges;
Clearly write a style, size, & color on a note for any new items you'd like in exchange on the packing slip enclosed. We will send in-stock items once item is received and process at our warehouse.

For Returns;

• Pack return items in a secure packing carton within 30 days of receipt.
• All returned items must be in their original purchase condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached condition.
• S&H fee is non-refundable.
• Please include the packing slip with your return to expedite the processing of your return and refund.
• Ship your package using a trackable and insured shipping method. Fashionmonsters is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.
• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
• All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. returns of any kind.
• Some products are non-returnable / unchangeable for hygiene reasons. These products are clearly stated on it's listing.
• Returns that do not meet above requirements will be returned back to you with and no refund will be issued. In the case of an even the shipping cost will be charged to the credit card on file.

Refund Process;

• Once your return has been received and accepted, we will send you an e-mail notifying that your return is being process.
• After we inspect, and approve it for a refund, we will credit the value of the merchandise (plus any sales tax you were charged) to the credit card used to place the order.
• Credit or refund will take 10-14 business days.
• If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account (will reflect on you following statement). If you paid by check or gift certificate, we'll mail you the refund.
• Note: S&H fee is non-refundable.

If for any reason there is a discrepancy between what you received and what is described in the listing, please do not hesitate to contact us

• We ship items using; USPS PRIORITY, USPS GLOBAL PRIORITY, USPS GLOBAL EXPRESS on few occasion we might use UPS and Fedex too.

S&H Fee

• Shipping cost is based on several factors, including total cost of items, the weight of the package, and the destination.
• Add your selected items to your cart.
• Proceed to checkout where you will be asked your preferred method of shipping.
• Enter destination Zip code. This will display the cost for shipping that specific package on that particular item & day.

To calculate the cost of International Shipment;

• The same as above (domestic) but instead of entering your zip code; you must enter a complete address information / register on our site first.

• USPS PRIORITY, GLOBAL EXPRESS PRIORITY - Tracking will be provided or posted online. (No tracking provided on Global Priority Mail).
• However, we will send a confirmation email to all orders.
